Are you looking for some variation and something exciting in your fitness regime? Bored of the same workouts? We have the answer! Our trampoline fitness classes are high intensity, low impact exercise classes that burn fat whilst toning and defining muscle.
The health benefits of trampolining are well established and our classes are suitable for anyone looking to start to get in shape and fitness pros alike. Not only is it a great workout, it’s also a lot of fun!
Our classes are run by qualified and experienced instructors who will help you get the best out of your session. Classes last 45 minutes.
MONDAY – TRAMPOLINE BLAST (BEGINNERS)
This class is perfect for those who are new to the fitness scene and want to sweat away those calories. Full body workout using trampolines only!
TUESDAY – CARDIO AND CORE
It is what is states! Focusing on cardio and working on those ABS!
WEDNESDAY – FULL BODY BLITZ
Get toning the full body with a variety of exercises including the trampolines and equipment!
THURSDAY – TRAMPOLINE BLAST (ADVANCED)
Lets ramp it up from beginners and get those trampolines pulsing! Full trampolining workout with that extra spring of energy!
Wearing Jump4 trampoline grip socks is compulsory due to safety reasons. They can be purchased both while booking online or at the reception when arriving for as little as £2. If you are already in possession of Jump4 grip socks please bring them with you otherwise we will kindly ask you to purchase another pair.
We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your booked session.
If you are under 18 please make sure that you have your Risk Acknowledgment Form signed by an adult prior to jumping.
