FITNESS CLASSES

Are you looking for some variation and something exciting in your fitness regime? Bored of the same workouts? We have the answer! We are more than just trampoline fitness classes. We also offer Boxercise classes and now we are the first in the South West to offer you bungee fitness classes.

Our classes are high intensity, low impact exercise classes that burn fat whilst toning and defining muscle.

The health benefits of trampolining are well established and our classes are suitable for anyone looking to start to get in shape and fitness pros alike. Not only is it a great workout, it’s also a lot of fun!

Bungee fitness is a cardio workout while attached to a bungee cord to give people a sense of floating. It improves strength, core stability and stamina. It is suitable for all fitness levels.

Our classes are run by qualified and experienced instructors who will help you get the best out of your session. Classes last 45 minutes.

Fitness Classes and Boxercise are £6 per class. Bungee Classes are £10 per class (refundable if upgrade to a Gold Membership)

We have Membership packages available.

Silver £25 Membership – 5 classes a week that can be either Fitness or Boxercise (Bungee is not included)
Gold £40 Membership – Unlimited Classes (Fitness, Boxercise and Bungee) and Freestyle Jump sessions

Why not extend your Fitness Package to include your family?

Little Jumpers £20 Membership – Unlimited Little jumper sessions for your 5 and unders. Would need an accompanying adult for the toddler but this is included in the price.
Fitness Junior Jump £20 Membership – Unlimited Free style jump sessions for anyone aged 5 and over. This can be used on any Freestyle jump session including Weekends/Holidays.

The membership is for one person and non transferable

MONDAY – TRAMPOLINE BLAST (BEGINNERS) 6pm This class is perfect for those who are new to the fitness scene and want to sweat away those calories. Full body workout using trampolines only!

MONDAY – CIRCUITS 7pm A fast – paced class that focuses more on muscle toning by using weights and equipment.

TUESDAY – BOXERCISE 6pm An exercise class using the concept of boxing to keep fit, loose weight and tone up!

TUESDAY – BUNGEE 7pm  A cardio workout while attached to a bungee cord to give people a sense of floating. Improves strength, Core stability and stamina.

TUESDAY – CARDIO AND CORE 7pm It is what is states! Focusing on cardio and working on those ABS!

WEDNESDAY – TRAMPOLINE BLAST (BEGINNERS) 6pm This class is perfect for those who are new to the fitness scene and want to sweat away those calories. Full body workout using trampolines only!

THURSDAY – FULL BODY BLITZ 6pm Get toning the full body with a variety of exercises including the trampolines and equipment!

THURSDAY – BUNGEE 6pm A cardio workout while attached to a bungee cord to give people a sense of floating. Improves strength, Core stability and stamina.

THURSDAY – BOXERCISE 7pm An exercise class using the concept of boxing to keep fit, loose weight and tone up!

FRIDAY – BUNGEE 9.30am and 7pm  A cardio workout while attached to a bungee cord to give people a sense of floating . Improves strength, Core stability and stamina.

FRIDAY – LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS 5pm  Get toning specific parts of the body with a variety of exercises including the trampolines and equipment!

FRIDAY – BUNGEE 6pm A cardio workout while attached to a bungee cord to give people a sense of floating . Improves strength, Core stability and stamina.

Additional information

Wearing Jump4 trampoline grip socks is compulsory due to safety reasons. They can be purchased both while booking online or at the reception when arriving for as little as £2. If you are already in possession of Jump4 grip socks please bring them with you otherwise we will kindly ask you to purchase another pair.
We recommend you arrive 20 minutes before your booked session.
If you are under 18 please make sure that you have your Risk Acknowledgment Form signed by an adult prior to jumping.
Be aware that sections of the park may be excluded from use due to group booking, company events and other activities. Please check current timetable for more information.
